  6 to 9 is really busy. That's just the bottom line. Things get missed when people are busy. I left my laptop with them for the second time. I was happy with the first service. The second service that took two weeks? Hahahaha. They had printed out the old invoice, taped it to the laptop, and called me to come pick it up. Nothing new was done on the laptop. They just got confused. I guess the only thing I'm out is two weeks -- but dang that is two weeks that I could have left the laptop with a store that might actually have fixed it. I felt like crying. I know. I need to suck it up. And I will. But I won't go back here. Two weeks for nothing!!! (Smart computer guys are not the best at customer service.) At least I've learned a lot about my iPhone in the time away from my laptop. Oh! And since it'll be going to another store to get fixed THIS time...I guess I will keep learning.
