  I’m very disappointed in the service I received on this past Saturday at this location. I bought a pair of shoes for my son for $80 on 10/29/17 and brought them back on 11/11/17. The shoes would not stay strapped. My son has autism so it’s hard for him to tie his shoes, that’s why I bought them in the first place. The assistant store manager laughed in my face when I tried returning the shoe. The assistant store manager said the shoe couldn’t be returned or exchanged for another pair. I was purchasing a new pair of air Jordan’s that same morning and all the assistant manager cared about was my phone number. The assistant manager was very rude and rushed me through the transaction. The store manager also said she couldn’t return my sons shoes. The store manager stated she would have to call her district manager to approve the return. I haven’t heard from the store manager, district manger or customer service. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!
