The day after our carpet was replaced our dog ruined it by getting it stuck in his collar...I called Kelly at the Aiken store crying and she had someone there that day to fix the HUGE problem in the middle of my living room! You can't ask for better service than that!!! Wonderful customer service from the sales team to the installers!
